Read about our vision to bring together other Christian companies.

A letter to Pastors

Dear Pastor,

I would like to let you know what you can expect from our company and ministries.  Our God given vision is to support, equip and administer for ministers of the Word and music around the world.  Be assured that you can expect the best from the MGO family of ministries.  Our ministers of music and Word are employees, not independent contractors. They are expected to uphold the highest of Christian standards of love and self discipline.  Here are three standards you can expect:

Accountability:  All of the Ministers associated with MGO Music are  employees and we have strict guidelines that we expect all employees to follow.  Pastor, our goal is to give you a seal of approval that you can trust.  If you ever have any questions about the integrity or practices of one of our Ministers, please give us a call.

Professionalism:  We expect the highest of commitments be made to the ministries that have been given by the Lord.  As a Pastor you know the level of dedication that you make to your calling and you shouldn't expect less from the Ministries that you invite into your church.  Being culturally sensitive is extremely important as we strive to love people as Paul did in saying that he tried to be all things to all people.

Doctrinal Sensitivity:  All employees are in continual training regarding doctrinal differences actively discussed within the body of Christ today.  MGO stands firm on its beliefs.  A strong part of our vision includes "striving earnestly to guard and keep the harmony and unity produced by the Spirit in the binding power of peace", Ephesians 4:3.  The day is coming soon when God will separate the wheat from the chaff.  No denominational tags, differences or opinions will matter any longer at that time.  As the bride of Christ, all true Christians will be one in true unity and peace.

I hope that this note has shed some light on our vision to serve you and the body of Christ.

                                                                                                  In Christ's Love,

                                                                                                    Joshua D. Brewer
